Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not happy with the quality or end result of my work, I will work with you to fix it. I will also be honest with you - if I can't fix your problem, I will tell you up front - or if work has already started, I will waive any prior service charges for that activity. Word of mouth is my best advertisement!

Note: Sometimes exact rates will be set after the job is defined with a written estimate given to the customer prior to work starting. No two jobs are exactly the same and there are often several ways to fix a problem. My task is to work with you, the customer, to find the most cost-effective way to resolve your problem.
